Scientific name - Merulaxis stresemanni
These come in the category of CR means Critically Endangered.
In December 2018, After several months of examination, only a single Bristlefront was found in Brazil.
The bird is found in the middle of the massive cattle meadows stand a tiny 2000 acre leftovers of Brazilian Atlantic forests.

Habitat -
They are found in the subtropical, tropical, and moist lowland forest in northeastern Brazil.
Food - They eat small frogs and insects.
Nest - They live in a tiny tunnel size ground nest.
Size - They are medium size birds.

Identification of male and a female:
Male - A male Brisltefront have beautiful bristle on their head. They have slaty-silver color wings, with hidden upper tails and vents.
Female - Amber brown color, with a duskier tail.
